  • DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I purchased prescription glasses from them on July 24th 2017. They NEVER once called me for any updates. I finally called them on October 4th, 11am (70 days later) and spoke to their Optician "Maria" and asked for a refund. She was extremely rude to me because I wanted a refund. She confirmed by looking at her "notes" and said nobody called me for any updates. Maria wanted my debit card number for the refund and I asked her "Are you ready for the number?" And she replied to me in a condescending and smart-ass tone, "If you want your refund, then I need your number." Very rude and incompetent company and people!! Go to a different vision center company!
