  • I rented a car from them in June, the guy at the counter was absolutely horrid to me. He told me that the rate I reserved my car for on expedia was wrong and they would never offer a car at such a low rate. He talked down to me throughout the entire transaction. I rented a car from them anyway because I was in a hurry and all of the other car rental kiosks had really long lines.....my mistake. They kept a hold on my account of $160 for two weeks before it finally came off and I was charged the correct price, and then I guess they kept my card number on file because they charged me another $115 exactly one month later. I had to call my bank and file a claim and get issued a new debit card. Absolute frauds! Do not rent a car from them ever. And to top all of that off, I rented a GPS that would not hold a charge at all and died almost immediately.
