  • When I first joined, I was told by the front desk that I can just pay $8 to freeze my account until the day I come back, no mention of it being a monthly fee , then I found out from bank statements I been charged $8 every month since , maybe I misunderstood and it is supposed to be monthly now when I checked their website, but if I knew I would have canceled my account 3 months ago instead of freezing the account. Now I tried to cancel membership online but only allowed to do that starting June , it's April right now .
