  • Excellent Patient Care! I was fortunate to get a "new patient" appointment at the Peoria Beatrice Keller Clinic within one day due to a cancellation. My first visit to this clinic and exam by Dr. Melissa Efron-Everett and her team far surpassed my expectations. Upon my approach to the front desk check in, the entire team was professional, efficient and cordial; instantly putting my anxiety to rest. I developed a dermal hyper sensitivity hive reaction that covered approximately 20% of my body. Dr. Effron fully examined me while attentively "listening" to my concerns. After a complete exam; she then went over a prescribed medication/care plan in depth and suggested we do a tissue biopsy to get a definitive diagnosis which was confirmed by the results I received today less than a week after my visit. One day after starting Dr. Effon's treatment plan I was out of the misery that I endured for days prior to my visit at Beatric Keller Clinic and needless to say....I am feeling so relieved to have found Dr. Effron, her team and this excellent care facility! Deserving of a higher rating!
