  • 2 weeks ago I came to ship off a package for my husband 15 min prior closing. It did not have a label, so I was prepared to pay for shipping. When I arrived, there was a metal fence surrounding the cash wrap. I asked the associate (I later learned her name was Tiffany) if they were still open and she said that I could just "drop the package off". I explained that I needed to purchase a shipping service. Tiffany told me that she could not help me- mainly because she already closed her register. I reminded her that it was only 5:45pm and that I would pay with my credit card. I basically begged this girl to do her job- sell shipping services during valid store hours. She kept looking at the clock on her phone and stated that it would just take too long for her to close if she helped me. I was dumbfounded. I ended up going to the UPS Store on Blue Diamond (much nicer!) and they were able to help me. This afternoon I needed to print a label via my email and ship off a package. I was crunched for time and took a gamble returning to this location in Southern Highlands. BIG MISTAKE. In the past, customers were able to email their documents directly to the store and print as many copies as they need. When I arrived, I noticed that there were several goods (a beautiful wooden box with a label "bubble wrap" on it and a set of golf clubs) were on the counter with no customers or employees in sight. The associate, Tiffany (same girl as above), was in the back on her phone. She slowly approached the counter and I let her know that I needed to print the shipping label from my email and ship off a package. She said that the owners have a new policy and that it would cost $2 to email the document and $2/minute to use the computer and print from their computer, plus the cost of the copies. I was, again, dumbfounded. I reminded her that I didn't need to use the computer, that I had the label in my email and it would cost me at least $4 to just open up and print a label that would usually cost a quarter. I couldn't believe the store's total lack of customer service and poor franchise ethics. I will NEVER return to this store! I wish I could give it 0 stars.
