  • Paid 80 bucks to repair Galaxy J3 screen. 6 weeks later screen was bleeding out. It was constant, consistent and gradual. This tells me screen failure.....one would guess but I could be wrong . There was no trauma. THEY DO NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING. THEY WILL BLAME IT ON YOU. 1. Dude used an anecdotal story about how "his phone did this after he dropped it" which was a proxy way of calling me a liar. 2. When pressed he could not tell me how he knew it was not a bad or refurb screen...it could be. 3. I asked how they apply said "warranty". The phone was not dropped and the refurbished screen you put in failed. He chose to blame it on me and attempted to charge me ANOTHER 80 dollars with a 10% discount for being an idiot and returning to this place. 4. In all of this his attitude was cavalier and smug. They use crummy parts and warranty nothing. Ever wonder why the place is empty all the time? I gave it 2 stars because they have a video game in the lobby
