  • Cancelled our flight with no notice. We are even set up for email and text alerts. Steven H at the ticket counter at McCarren airport was rude and dismissive to us. We bought first class seats and he said that we are just going to have to take care of that later and threw us on coach. Then he said that we were not sitting together and that we couldn't speak to a supervisor. This is my first time on United, and my last.
