  • Charlotte's newest Nano Brewery. Got talked it to trying it opening day after we left Red Clay, been going back regularly since. What sold me to come back was their Berliner-Weisse, I'm a sucker for a good sour and this is one was tasty. They seem to keep a couple of beers regular, and rotate their others, calling them Mad Scientist Experiments, and sometimes they do feel like experiments. Definitely fun seeing what new they have each visit. I like places that have a lot of rotation in offerings. Right now this is my favorite brewery in Charlotte, though I will admit there are still a few I haven't tried. Beers I've had in order of Favorites: Berliner-Weisse (Currently not offered) Noble - Saison Valkyrie - Chocolate Stout Femme Fatale - Brown I've tried to sample everything, though haven't had the IPAs, those aren't my brew. As for the negative reviews for a grand opening, is that really fair? I've been to a few brewery grand openings and they are almost always chaotic and not reflective of a normal brewery experience.
