I have never had the inclination to bother writing a review for a business before but after my recent experience I feel I have to in this case. Here is the background. I used Doggieland boarding services for a 10 day stay over the Christmas holidays. When our dog was returned it was the WRONG dog!!! Okay mistakes happen I get that and all was forgiven and forgotten. Today my dog went for daycare and even though my dog was delivered to my new address at Christmas, it was pointed out that I should have known it wasn't put in their data system. They went to my old address. I was lectured about this oversight! They charged me extra because they had to come to my new address. They used the credit card I had on file and I didn't even have the opportunity to discuss this with them. I am appalled at the way I was treated and really annoyed that they charged my credit card an extra amount before being consulted. That is just bad business on a number of levels.
