UNETHICAL... Update, I found out that my appliance was covered under warranty and all the work was done for free. This so called reputable company obviously knows warranty years and should be asking and informing the customer. Look at write-ups in BBB posted on this company; you can clearly see this women's attitude toward customers in her response. Rather than deal with warranty paperwork this woman would rather deceive to get her over inflated payment from the customer. The $600+ cost they tried to get from me was resolved for much less and was handled, resolved and paid for by Viking. Save yourself the pain; forget all the nice comments; avoid the probability that you to could have the same bad experience. Take your well earned income and patronage to a more respectable and courteous company that cares about the customer more than the high charge cash return.
