  • Encore catered my company's holiday party and their food is bomb! We had a variety of stations with finger foods brought around. The perogie station was great with a variety of vegetarian toppings and really tender pulled pork. I can eat the toppings by the bucket! They also had custom theme stations like poke, noodle bar and Korean fusion. All the Asian options taste authentic with options like beef short rib baos and kim chi fries. The fries were crispy for the first hour, got a lil soggy towards the end, but still very good. The passed horderves were all dainty and pretty. The caesar salad in a parmesan chip cup was a great spin. I would totally love to have them for my wedding!
