  • I live in Las Palmas for a little over 2 years. first year was great. i deiced to upgrade to a 1 bedroom instead of a studio. as soon as i moved into the 1 bedroom i had problems with the apt. cockroaches everywhere,things were constantly breaking because maintenance sucks. i can fix things better and I'm a girl! also my utility bill was always from 90-150 bucks. yes the power is included in the utilities. how does my power come so expensive when i work 2 jobs and I'm never home. i never leave the lights on,nor do i own a tv,or radio or anything fancy.i don't have time. bus somehow my power bill always was super high. also they control the a/c and the heater. yes, u cant use it until they turn it on. what the heck! i don't know if things got worse because they switched management or what but certain people in the leasing office are rude. except for Travis he was always sweet. i would give a two star but they really sucked the last year i lived there. rent is cheap but they get u with the utility bill.
