  • I am not happy with this company. I purchased a sectional and a large overstuffed swivel chair from this company. When they delivered the swivel chair, it was damaged. The seam was split and metal staples were sticking out! Whenever I walked by it, I'd get scratched. The delivery guys didn't even notice the damage until I pointed it out. The told me they'd send in a message and someone would call me in 10 minutes to set up a repair guy to come out. They made it very clear that they did not want me to refuse the item and take up space in their truck. I ended up calling the office 2 hours later because I never received a call. Once I got them on the phone, they were very unhelpful. I had paid extra to have a Saturday delivery because, like most people, I work during the week. They told me the earliest they could have a repairman out on a weekend was 4 weeks out! I told them this was unacceptable, as I have a small child and we'd all already been scratched by the stupid chair. The lady then told me she could set it for that date, then call me back if anything sooner opened up. I accepted it because it was all I could do. Not an hour later, she calls my fiance and resets the appointment for a weekday! I had already told her that I could not and WOULD NOT take time off of work for their mistakes! I shouldn't be inconvenienced, they should be. So, I ended up calling her back and telling her that because they couldn't do something as simple as setting up a repair the right way, that I wanted to return the chair. They said I had to go into an Ashley's store to take care of it!! Finally, 3 weeks later (and several scratches), the chair is gone ( I had to take time off work to be there when they picked it up). They wouldn't even call me with a 30 minute heads up so that I wouldn't miss as much work. They said I had a 4-hour window and had to be home when they showed. A couple weeks later, I received my refund. NEVER AGAIN!
