  • Initially good contact, but once guy came out and saw job and said he would check with Eli and get back to us....never heard back. Called office and lady was not nearly as polite as when called for an estimate. It's okay if the job wasn't possible, but keep your professionalism and call back to say so...we had other jobs we needed done but will look elsewhere now. Their loss not ours.
