I bought my car here and from the moment I made contact it was a poor experience all the way. The first sales rep tried to sell me the car based on a ridiculous interest rate based on monthly payments I guess to see if I would "bite" at an insanely unfair price. Finally after going there anyway because he had the exact vehicle I was looking for I wrapped up with The sales rep promising to include and send me the protection Mats which he did not send until two months after I bought the car and called to complain because he was not even answering my phone calls. The manager I called to complain but had little sympathy (I guess because I already bought the car). I spent 8 years working in the auto industry until recently and because this dealer was a client of my old company I couldn't share my experience. Now I have the freedom share what happens. I had many touch points and almost all of which treated me like garbage. I wouldn't buy a coffee from these guys. Love my car, love Honda but man, this outfit's a joke!
