  • Don't even let them in your home!! They were assigned through American Home Shield. Abraham came out to look at the hot water heater. He stood in front of it for a little while and said that it's a "waste of his time" because it is not leaking...well, it's not making hot water either. He told AHS to decline the claim. This a pattern; if you read the reviews, it seems to be their policy to have claims declined and collect the $75 deductible for nothing. Must be quite profitable.
