rev:text	All around a very bad experience. I would say they were 10-15% more expensive than completion, but I liked the idea of going to a local company. Service wasn't good. I needed the glasses by a certain date and i was told no problem. Then they apparently made the Rx wrong so they were going to be late but decided they wouldn't call and tell me that. After having the glasses a month or so I've noticed a lot of scratches in the lenses. I'm super careful and only clean them with the solution and cloth they gave me as they were adamant to tell me never clean them dry. My wife took them in to ask why they were scratching so easily. They said it's because I'm not rinsing them with warm water before I clean them. Who does that. Now I've never had glasses, but my wife has for 30 years and so does my son. I watch them clean their glasses with their shirts, tissues, toss them in their gym bags and purse. No scratches. But my glasses, with the more expensive durable lenses that I paid extra for, can only be cleaned with a special cloth AFTER you rinse with water. Right... they were pretty rude about it. What was hilarious was before she handed the glasses back to my wife, she cleaned them. No water rinse. Just her dirty cloth behind the counter. What was disappointing was they didn't even want to look into. Maybe they were made wrong or had a bad finish. I'm the only person I know that has to do a rinse cycle. I did drop the glasses and they have a decent 'dent' in the lense from that. Totally my fault. They said they would see if they get get repaired as a courtesy. Week later, no call back. All around, really disengaged and bad service. I expected more from the home town provider.
