  • Probably typical for any service department for any dealer. Ho hum. I was quoted a price for a rental car for 15.00 because they needed time to rebuild my transmission (50,000 miles). I was called and was placed into a Ford Edge for 35.00 without any explanation. Car seems to be fine and did all warranty work as promised. Overall decent customer service but nothing to go above and beyond at this time.
