  • A little more expensive than the other companies that yelp recommended and sent requests to HOWEVER, they have better communication, came the same day and fixed the issue within an hour of arrival. Didn't even think twice when I told them my phone was text only because I'm hard of hearing and both guys that came always faced me when they spoke. Even though I had hearing aids in to help, it's really appreciated. Only negative I'd say (besides cost, which, you get what you pay for, so that's a bonus almost) is that they left one of their buckets full of water in my kitchen and I almost tripped over it (because I'm graceful like that.) Bucket will be on my front porch for a few days, but after that we're stealing it for chicken scraps. Thanks guys!!
