While I can't write on my experience with anyone at K&J, I am writing with my lack of experience. I too was assigned by my home warranty company and because my house was 91 degrees (115 outside) made a proactive call to see if I could receive faster service only to receive a voicemail which wasn't even returned after 24 hours. As a VP of Customer Service of a Fortune 500 company, return phone calls is a top priority even if it's bad news. At least you received a response and I can be rated on the response. I called my home warranty company and had my issue reassigned.
