  • I am very disappointed in a company called TruTech who is supposed to remove animals that get into the attic or other spaces in the house. They said they sealed up the space where a raccoon got into our attic, but less than a year later, we had more traffic in our attic so Truteck came out and put a cage at the back door, of all places, Upon coming home from a weekend trip, there was a possum in the cage. Truteck promised that someone would come out on the weekend and not leave a trapped animal, but don't believe that. Four calls later and no response. They promised me they would treat the animals with respect, but this company won't even return our phone calls, and the animal is still caged. We are still under warranty with them. I really should give them a no star rating, but the answering service did answer the phone.
