First off, the portions are HUGE and the food quality is great! Delicious.
We ordered pan fried dumplings as an appetizer - they were huge and delicious - stuffed to overflowing. I think six came in the order, so there is a bunch to share with your friends.
We also ordered marinated pig ear, cold. It was good, but you have to like that kinda chewy texture. Maybe just a novelty to try, but good nonetheless.
I ordered the seafood soup with wide noodles. The noodles were fantastic - firm and chewy and fresh. You can even watch the guys make the noodles by hand through the window in the kitchen. The soup was loaded with shrimp, scallops, fish balls (like chewy meatballs), and a few veggies here and there.
My dad got the standard beef lo-mein or some such thing - he enjoyed it (and had a ton left to bring home). My mom got the beef soup with the skinny noodles - she enjoyed it also, especially the noodles.
I will definitely be back to try more stuff on their menu. It was busy at lunch time, but we only had to wait for like 10 minutes. Well worth it!
