  • I've never tried a hair salon in my area but thought I'd try my local Great Clips. So I looked online and was surprised to know they had an online wait list, so I registered myself for it. Well needless to say I arrived later than I would like because our first monsoon arrived in the valley. I got there 40 minutes before closing and saw my name on wait list. I told them I was delayed due to the storm. Then I proceeded to ask for a cut and blow dry style. Mind you, my hair is just below my shoulder. To my surprise, one of the stylists rudely chimed in that there was not enough time for a blowout style! Really!? I thought 40 mins was adequate. Little do they know they lost a potential customer due to customer service negligence. Never again!
