  • I went here with my sister due to a gift card I had received from a friend. They got us in quick, they were super nice & we were in a rush to leave so I didn't think to actually check their work before I rushed out the door. BIG MISTAKE! It is now on day 4 & one of my nails has chipped so bad I'm thinking of taking the rest of the gel polish off.... yes, GEL CHIPPED. I always go to the same lady who does an amazing job & it is obvious that I won't be going elsewhere after this experience. The polish is bubbled on some nails, I had to completely re-file ALL of my nails because none of them were even! I seriously looked at my nails & had to show my sister like how did they think this slant in my nail was acceptable?!? The polish isn't all the way on my nails, there's a large gap in between the polish & my actual finger... not to mention that they didn't even clean up my cuticles so there's polish all on my cuticles! Didn't get polish on my whole nail, but managed to get it everywhere else. I'm going to call them & complain & ask them to correct their mistake, but I can't see that happening. Even if they correct it, I will not be coming back. Don't waste your time!!
