  • They are the worst loan service I've ever had. They call a week before your payment is due to make sure you will pay the payment. I have never been late one payment and the payment is due on the 14th of the month. I pay before the 14th every month and after looking at my account, they have charged me a late fee every month. They will not take a payment in their own, you have to call or schedule the payment online every month. Their customer service is horrible and they have no clue what is going on.
