  • I recently contacted Executive Errand Services to pick up a copy of a crash report from Nevada Highway Patrol. I live in DC and it would have taken too long to mail in a request. I spoke with Lisa, who asked me to email her the details of the request. She provided me a reasonable quote for the job, and I was able to give her my credit card information over the phone. She immediately responded to my email and I received an email confirmation of the credit card charge via Square. Lisa had mentioned that she would need to wait until the credit card charge cleared (one business day), but she went ahead and picked up the report and sent me a PDF of the report within hours of my initial call. Per my request, she also sent me the actual report via Fedex and sent me a picture of the receipt with the tracking number. I was able to pay her upfront for her hourly rate, the cost of the crash report, and the Fedex charge. Later, she realized her Fedex estimate had been too high and she texted to let me know that she would be processing a refund of the difference. I could not have done this faster or better myself, and Lisa truly went above and beyond to get me the report as soon as possible. I could not recommend Lisa and Executive Errand Services more, and I only wish they were here in DC so I could use them all the time!
