  • Drove from Vegas to Phoenix for the holiday weekend when a maintenance light came on. I called enterprise and they told me to bring it to the airport location and switch it out since that's the only location available on a holiday. This is an inconvenient to me because I have a lot of stuff in the car since I was renting it until 2017 and having to drive out of my way. When we get to enterprise they were really quick and friendly to switch out our cars so it was only 10 minutes until we were on our way. About 40mins after we left my boyfriend realized he left his wallet so we quickly returned to the location and told them what happened and gave them our paperwork. We have been sitting here for almost TWO hours and they still haven't located our car let alone the wallet! They said someone is driving around looking for it but shouldn't they have a better system for locating a car??? Now we are late to our family dinner and spending our holiday at enterprise! Hoping the wallet wasn't stolen at this point.
