So I just moved here, and this is in comparison to Calilfornia post offices, where there's not a 5-10 person line but a 30 person queue for service, where parking is difficult to find, where there's no air conditioning in the lobby.
You don't have any of that here. Employees make transactions quick if you have your package ready. The staff goes out of their way to pull people out of the line to pick up packages.
It's still the post office. You're still going to deal with government under-staffing. But there's far worse places than this one.
