  • I really should've looked at the reviews before coming here. All the other complaints are very similar to mine. At this point I'm sure everyone else that's satisfied is because they have no clue what they are really doing. I was one of those people. I came in they were extremely nice and took care of me. By the time they were done with my exam they had a "plan" for me that racked up over 1,000 in work. My insurance would pick up another 3,000. They had a whole plan set up and wanted payment up front so we can set up the next appointment. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled that was very loose. So I told them I would start there. Let's get my tooth pulled and see how I feel after. They wanted to do all kinds of treatments with lasers and all kinds of stuff. The only problem I had was my loose tooth. I know that I also need to have a special cleaning every 3 months but other then that I'm fine. I felt like they were trying to make me do all this extra stuff for $$$ which is sad. I just left it alone. I controlled what would happen and I'm okay now. But just today my wife went in to have two teeth pulled. She doesn't want to walk around with no teeth so she wanted to know what her options are. For 3 teeth (implants) they were charging 10,000 with INSURANCE. So then she wanted to know how much for partials since we can't afford implants. Everything is always put on the screen for us to see. It was $850 for partials which we found reasonable and she started adding more and more cost. With a final number of almost 3,000 for 3 plastic teeth. When asked how the number jumped so high. The front receptionist started telling my wife that she was ridiculous and "what else does she expect" my wife started crying because she just couldn't believe how rude she was on top of trying to figure out what to do when she loses those teeth as a replacement. They should try to be more understanding to what the client is going through. My wife told her that the prices sound ridiculous and she doesn't understand why they just kept adding to the bill. The receptionist started yelling at my wife as soon as she started questioning and told her to leave if she didn't like it and asked her to never come back again. They clearly have a problem with customer service as well as ripping customers off. They are very nice as long you pay what ever they ask. But as soon as they are questioned they get very upset and start being extremely rude. We will never come back here again. Obviously they have a problem with the front receptionist and they aren't doing anything about it. The fact that they allow her to yell and kick people out for questioning pricing (which the customer has every right to ask) They just continue to allow her be rude, disrespectful, and condescending to their clients. I hope this helps others. Just pay attention and ask questions. It's not fair to over price and take advantage of customers.
