  • We chose Elite Pool Management to resurface our pool. From start to finish Damien's customer service was amazing! Damien replied to my first inquiry text in 7 minutes. I measured the pool perimeter for him and by 30 minutes from my first text I had a rough estimate. He was at our house a couple of days later to confirm the measurements. He also offered to show us a neighbor's pool he was resurfacing. Of the 8-10 companies I contacted, Elite was by far the most responsive and also had the lowest bid - easy decision. They worked fast: Monday: picked our new tile Thursday: old plaster chipped out Tuesday: new tile installed Thursday: new surface installed Saturday: using our pool That's less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Damien was great to work with. He's a positive, pro-active guy. The price he quoted was the price we paid - no surprises. I have no reservations about recommending Elite for pool resurfacing.
