I dropped my 2012 Fusion (purchased at their dealership) off at their service department for state inspection and an oil change. I later received a phone call telling me that they had wrecked my car pulling it into the garage. They did agree to have it repaired and give me a rental car, however, I was told they would not cover the insurance for the rental car. After a few phone calls and much insistence, they agreed to pay the insurance. Now I am trying to find out when I will be able to have MY car back as the rental car is inferior to mine. I have had to call numerous times, they don't return phone calls and when I finally speak to someone they tell me they don't know. This dealership acts like they're doing me a favor by repairing MY car that THEY wrecked. The worst, absolutely the worst treatment I've ever had...and they just don't care.
