  • DON'T COME HERE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was inside the lounge for my very first time today 9/29/17 @ around 11 pm. And the waitresses are RUDE!!! I was trying to purchase a water and they would not attend me or ask me if I needed help with anything. I had to walk all around outside to there bar area.. my friend and I asked for waters... the bartender guy assumed we water "free" water... being in Vegas I know I have to pay for everything... but he assumed we wanted "free" waters and he didn't want to get us our waters without seeing an ID... are you kidding me?!?! My friend and I had to walk out of the lounge and through the casino to buy bottled water. I would have bought It at the lounge but the guy assumed I wanted it free? I was gonna pay for it! I'm so pissed off right now. Then like 30 min later a waitress comes to our table demanding us to show our ID's when we've been here for like 2 hours already. I will never ever everrrrrrr come here in my entire life! My saying is... if you don't like your job get a new one!!!! Don't work somewhere your not happy. Besides that the band was great and vibes were good from customers. Besides that the staff is BAD!!!
