  • This dealership is a complete joke! Yes they have a large inventory, but their customer service is absolutely ridiculous! We came ready to buy a car and drove quite a ways after speaking to an associate on the phone who knew you were coming, and we walked in and was not greeted by one single person who walked past us. Finally after approaching somebody they said they would figure out who can help us out. After waiting several more minutes a man named Bill approached us and was completely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. If that's how bill Luke treats their customers by talking down to them and being disrespectful, I hope they never get any business. We turned around and walked right out, and took her business somewhere else who knew how to treat their customers with respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading several reviews on Autotrader as well as their own personal website, but now I know for them to be true, that this place is not worth it. Take your business somewhere else where you will get treated with respect and greeted at the door!
