  • They ruined my most expensive pair of 300+ dollar Ralph Lauren boots location owner offered 20 dollars in 'compensation the second most expensive pair of 200 dollar coach shoes were not stretched enough simple fix. But after attempting to bring this to the attention of the store manager he proceeded to antagonize the situation and belittled me. It was a VERY uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. Main issue: The 300+ dollar boots had a raised ornate floral like pattern delicately embossed in the design. The design work on the boot was almost completely scrubbed away on one boot while they cleaned the left shoe. While the right still had the pattern. It is apparent that this happened during the repair process because it is out of line with the normal wear and tear of the shoe, and was not ruined before I dropped them off. To add to the discomfort of the situation when bringing this to the attention of the store manager he proceeded to scream and yell bringing in personal attacks and not paying attention to the detail of the situation and disregarding and errors had been made. Claiming they have never had a customer complaint- hard to believe. Truly unsatisfactory.
