  • Emily their receptionist was so rude. She shouldn't be working in customer service. I will never bring my pets here because of that bad experience. To the management: please listen to your customers. Bad customer service reviews are true. I was planning of boarding my dogs here for 18 days, but after that phone call...Never! 0* for the customer service.
