  • A very important package that I had ordered to be delivered to my daughter-in-law in Peoria was misdirected to a Tempe post office instead. Not only did it have the wrong zip code but also the wrong street number. I was in a panic. I was told to go to any Peoria P O and perhaps they could help. I went to the 85381 post office (the correct zip code on the package should have been 85382) I talked to Tina who took all the information and said she would try to track down the package. This was Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning Tina called and said they had found the package and it would be delivered on Thursday. It was delivered on Thursday much to my great relief. I can't say enough about the great customer service that Tina provided.
