My dog started here as a puppy. He is now 11. The service used to be great but it has been on the decline for some time. I was left waiting with my dog in the tiny exam room for 45 minutes for the vet for my last appointment, I finally left. If it was the other way around well we know how that would go down. Dr. brainbridge was great, Dr. Mathieson is good as well however who you see constantly changes and it is very impersonal. A few years ago my dog was diagnosed with arthritis due to his pain and limping and prescribed a strong anti inflammatory, and underwater treadmill etc. Turns out he did not even have arthritis and it must have been some type of injury, which I originally thought, and I ended up giving him strong medication needlessly.
