I've had my oil changed at Fletcher's Auto twice now.
It has been a good experience both times (especially since we catch lunch al Los Dos Molinos while waiting).
The most recent time I decided to upgrade my oil from a petrol/synth blend to full synthetic for an up charge since my car seems to put on miles more quickly than I have time to stop in. This'll allow me to cut my oil changes in half or not go so far over the recommended mileage. Every 6k seems more reasonable.
However, this time I discovered that my oil was overfilled.
Having been prompted by a text about reviewing Fletcher's Auto, I checked the oil and windshield washer fluid levels, which was not topped off, as they said they do.
I promptly took the car back in and they were happy to drain and refill my oil with fresh synthetic, update my reminder sticker to reflect the current mileage and add the washer fluid.
I would like to give them 5 stars for making good on this mistake, but, I really shouldn't have to even check their work at all. I'm going to keep taking my car there for oil changes. It was an honest mistake and they handled it professionally.
