  • I went to this location and was helped by a young man named Trey. When I got to the counter I was told there aren't any cars available. Trey said let me see what I can do. He talked to a supervisor and within 5 minutes they were able to put me in a brand new Nissan Altima. I don't know what I did do deserve such great service but it made my day. Both Trey and his female supervisor were very helpful and I had a great time in Charlotte.
