My sister and I were shopping for my bachelorette party. The girl in the back of the store (managing the changing rooms) was one of the worst examples of customer service I have seen in a retail store.
We had quite a few clothes to try on and I asked the girl if it would be okay to have them hang in the back and rotate the clothes out (6 at a time per their policy). Her response? "I don't know...what time is it?" I awkwardly then informed her it was 7p (the store doesn't close until 9p!). Every time I switched out clothes she gave me a rude comment. Telling me that if I shouldn't try everything on and to separate it out to what I "really" needed to see on. Wow really? It ended with me finally telling her "I'm only going to try on these 3 things. Should I switch my number out with you?" She did then told me "after this you need to leave."
The store didn't close for another 30 minutes!
I tried to tell a manager (as that is quite ridiculous) and was told "I'll talk to her". Didn't ask what happened or apologize. Just walked away from me.
I don't know if the color coded clothes are even worth going back at this point.
