  • I had been going here for 5+ years, but as time passes I notice their staff getting increasinly less professional. The last massage I had there was mediocre at best. I called last week to give them one last opportunity to keep my business. The phone went to voicemail three times. The fourth time I called I was hung up on. Call #5: I told the receptionist what had been happening, and she replied, "Is there something I can help you with?" I told her I was going to make an appointment, but I changed my mind & hung up. I will never go there again. A receptionist is a reflecftion of your management. So sad to lose my spot....
