  • Probably the worst mobile phone store in Las Vegas, maybe on the West Coast. Let's talk about the clown posse that manages this particular store. 1) Tony, their resident psychopath, found it amusing to take a disabled customer's phone (mine) and drop it on the pavement. He was not allowed in the store when I came back to get my phone repaired. 2) Doug, store manager, aka a liar and a B.S. artist. Broke my $100 bluetooth and tried to blame it on the rain. The problem was a Google upgrade THAT was allover the internet, I brought the papers with me! 3) Anthony, assistant manager, aka a liar and a B.S. artist. Tested my broken bluetooth with a $19.95 unit and proclaimed just like Steven Hawking that my unit was not pairing. It was paired the entire time and had the same Google upgrade glitch. I brought the papers with me! 4) Shree seems like a pretty nice person as does Jared just not much of a tech. Le.Hong, the general manager tries very hard to keep this all together. However, this is a very busy store and they sell a lot of phones so the company lets the inmates run the Asylum. If you absolutely, positively, without any doubt feel the need for a pimp or crack HO phone; buy it at another store. You can thank me later. Plantronics (the bluetooth maker) answered my email in less than 4 hours and knew exactly what the problem was. It took about half an hour on the phone call to fix EVERYTHING! I.e., remove the Google upgrade they installed at this store.
