  • Don't live here it's a scam. Charged me $200 pet deposit, then when I moved out said it was a pet "fee" and that it doesn't get applied to cleaning when you move out. Then charged me $125 to "treat" the carpet. There's only carpet in the bedroom and I had a 1 bedroom! They ended up saying there was $460 in cleaning charges when I I lived in a one bedroom that I left in the same shape as when I got the apartment besides damage to the blinds caused by my dog. Also, when I lived there a huge branch from an unkempt tree fell on my new car. When I let management know they said that there was nothing they could do and then They left the giant branch in the middle of the parking lot for 4 days until someone complained. I've lived in a good amount of apartment complexes and this one was by far the worst.
