They did some transmission work for me that initially was well priced and done quickly. Unfortunately, I had nothing but transmission problems after that first experience. I brought my car back, and they kept it for 11 days to run tests and resolve the issue. Told me it was fine and gave it back to me without repair or charge. Driving it off their lot I could immediately tell it was driving poorly and the next day a check engine light came on indicating a transmission fault. I brought it back to them. This time they had the car for longer, about 3 weeks. They were unable to find the problem and obviously could not fix it. They gave the car back to me and basically said we're sorry this one is above our pay grade and laughed it off. I was open to subcontracting the car out to another shop but they just wanted to give up. Ken's is the place to go if you can go a month without a car and have an obvious problem that a child could repair.
