  • You know I just saw a commercial about ace on tv. They were all so friendly and helpful, full of smiles. I just moved into a new house and by chance there is an ace right near me. I had never been in an ace and was looking forward to supporting my local hardware store. Just about everyone there was miserable. They couldn't be less helpful. I learned my lesson and will drive a little to get to Lowe's or Home Depot. They are just as miserable, but at least they have a bigger variety of items.
