  • I actually did a review a week ago and gave them 3 stars, but it magically disappeared for some reason. But then today, the straw that broke the camel's back. For online, their customer service, if you want to call it that, is pathetic. I placed an order on 12/31/17. Got the automated response that said to give them 2-3 days to process the order and that I would receive tracking information for my order. On 1/8/18, since I had still heard nothing regarding my order, I called to check on it. The customer service person told me that they had no idea why it hadn't been shipped yet, it was in the warehouse, and in fact they would overnight ship it to me since they had dropped the ball. Told me it would come "UPS all the way" and I would have my order on 1/9/18. When it didn't arrive on the 9th, I called again to check on it. The lady who tracked it said that "It was taken to the post office today, and it will be delivered tomorrow." I asked her why I was promised next day delivery, and it was at the post office. She told me "It is coming next day. It's coming tomorrow. Sometimes UPS goes to the post office if it can get their quicker." Um. No. I send a lot of packages out UPS overnight, and it goes UPS all the way, and it has a "overnight" sticker on it when it comes. I asked her if it was labeled for overnight, and she said it was. It comes the next day, regular mail, with a UPS sure post label. I never did get an email with tracking information. I wrote to Duluth, asking why I was lied to twice, and for an explanation. I got a canned response "If you need a response, we will contact you as soon as possible, otherwise we will pass it on to the responsible department." I never got any reply. Then, today, on 1/20/18, I get an email from Duluth "Your package is on it's way", with tracking information for my package that was delivered 10 days ago. Pathetic customer service. I'll still shop in their stores, but never online again.
