  • I made an appointment in advance and did not have to wait when I arrived for the technician to come out to my car and perform the intake. It was very simple and quick and he explained that the process would take 2 hours for the windshield replacement. I could either wait in their waiting area, which had a Keurig machine and TVs, as well as a children's play area, or have someone pick me up and return by 6 pm when they closed for the day. I had my mom come pick me up. I lost track of time during the day and received a very polite call from Kay about 5:20 pm inquiring about my plans to pick up my car. I indicated that I was on my way but that I might be about 15 minutes late. She was very, very nice and stated that she would wait for me. This was an exceptional level of customer service and Kay was so kind and polite and did not seem upset at having to stay over for me. I apologized to her because it was totally my fault but she was so gracious. The windshield was replaced professionally, the price was fair and the customer service was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use this Safelite location again or to recommend them to anyone.
