  • I had to do a complicated job that involved plastic VIP passes, greeting cards, postcards, and mailing. Jakprints was the only place that could take care of all those things. I haven't seen the final pieces in person yet, but I was really impressed with Jessica there, who went the extra mile to make sure my pieces were sent out by the deadline, even though my client was late providing some necessary information. She also did things like forward photos of paper stocks when there wasn't time to put a sample in the mail. I did have an issue with some paper samples that weren't sent out when they should have been, but the employees did everything they could to make up for it. It's not the least expensive printer I've worked with, but the extra personal service made it worth it for this job.
