  • DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT I used to be a regular here I also tip well until recently when I tried to book all weekend which I understand you're busy but then I'm finally able to make an appt for Sunday at 3 and what happens? I get there and she said "oops I didn't write your appointment down" how unprofessional why make an appointment if you can't fall through?? I missed work and planned my schedule around this and I leave town Monday so I was left stressed looking for another place to go. Good job after 3 hours of sitting through my last nail appointment here but poor customer service I will never return
