1. the lady takes my orders, has trouble with putting it in (2 medium nonfat lattes with whip cream, one of the decaf - NOT HARD)
2. never gives me a total, never tells me to pull forward
3. serves me luke warm lattes (one almost missing the whip on the decaf one)
4. I inform her they are luke warm and she takes them back and asks me to pull forward while she remakes them (fair enough)
5. wait 10 minutes
6. go inside and she still is NOT making my lattes
7. Ask for the shift manager, AJ - who is about as lousey at leadership as his sales associate
8. I realize I am OVER CHARGED
9. He UNDER REFUNDS me and then goes on to explain "he's sure it doesnt usually happen" and DOES NOT APOLOGIZE
10. all excuses, rushed me out, never asked how to make it right.
11. over all TERRIBLE from beginning to end
